Can you share a memorable moment with a customer that changed your perspective on service?

Again all customers teach me something and I learn and grow from one person because of their knowledge

I’m curious how you do that so consistently, especially in moments when feedback is hard to hear. Sometimes customers can be demanding or critical, even when their underlying point is valid. What helps you stay open to learning from them without getting defensive? Do you have any habits you use in the moment, or a process you follow afterward to turn what they said into something useful?

I like that answer. It’s true more often than people admit.

Out of curiosity, was there a specific moment or customer that made that really click for you, or is it more something you’ve noticed over time?

Always interested in hearing real examples, not the polished ones.
