Struggling to Land BI Analyst Interviews: Need Advice

I have been apply for jobs as a Business intelligence analyst Data Analyst and business analyst for almost 3 years but can’t get an interview but I have nearly 10 years of experience… Any advice. By the way I am in San Antonio but apply for jobs in Austin Dallas and Houston as well but no luck. Any advice? Is there a,certain skill that must be on my resume like Python?
