You’ve got a strong combo already—Figma + Framer/WordPress + graphic design is exactly the kind of “design-to-build” skill set a lot of teams want. The trick is packaging it so employers immediately understand what you can deliver.

A few things that usually help:

  1. Pick a clear target role (or two)
Right now you can credibly go after:
  • product designer (if you have UX/process work)
  • web designer / UI designer
  • marketing/brand designer who can also build in Framer/WordPress
  • junior design engineer / web developer (front-end leaning)

If you try to apply as “everything,” people can’t place you quickly.

  1. Build a small portfolio that shows end-to-end work
Even 3 solid projects is enough if they’re strong. For each one, show:
  • the Figma work (screens, components, style system)
  • the build (live Framer/WordPress link)
  • what problem it solved (conversion, clarity, speed, brand consistency)
  • a short before/after or results if you have them
  1. Make your resume and LinkedIn keyword-friendly
Use the exact terms hiring managers search: Figma, Framer, WordPress, UI design, responsive design, design systems, landing pages, CMS, accessibility basics, brand/visual design.

  2. Apply where your hybrid skill set is a big advantage
Startups, agencies, and marketing teams often love someone who can design and ship. Larger product orgs may separate design and dev more.

  3. Use a short outreach message
Something like: “I design in Figma and build in Framer/WordPress—so I can take a page from concept to live quickly. Are you hiring for web or product design support?”
    That clarity gets replies.

If you want, drop your portfolio link (or describe 2–3 projects you have), and tell me what you’d prefer most: product design, web/marketing design, or a hybrid “designer who ships.” I can suggest the best job titles to search and how to position your portfolio for them.
